Trainee solicitors complete a two-year training contract through LPC or SQE routes, rotating through legal departments including family, property, conveyancing, litigation and housing. They support solicitors and partners, conduct legal research, work on live matters, develop client-contact skills and progress toward qualification. Candidates need strong academic performance, legal training, commitment, teamwork, problem-solving ability and enthusiasm for a legal career.

Manage a caseload of commercial litigation and subrogated insurance recovery matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, property damage, RTA recovery and credit hire claims. Draft court documents, advise clients on litigation strategy, negotiate settlements, and manage cases across multiple procedural tracks. The role also involves client relationship management, regulatory compliance, financial targets, business development, and supervision of junior colleagues.
