Provides senior-level CAD and CAE support for complex electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, and facility design projects. Creates and maintains technical drawings, floor plans, equipment layouts, system diagrams, bills of material, and as-built documentation. Performs FEA, motion analysis, simulations, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and design reviews. Coordinates major projects, ensures drawing and configuration accuracy, and mentors lower-level designers and drafting staff.

Coordinates cybersecurity penetration-testing projects across multiple test facilities. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, budgets, schedules, status reporting, site access, badging, equipment transfers, contracting and accounting coordination, test findings, and project records. The role requires cybersecurity knowledge spanning cloud computing, networks, virtual machines, and data transfers, plus collaboration with government and test organizations. Travel to testing sites is approximately 30% annually.

Modify, install, test, evaluate, repair, and document airborne test instrumentation and data acquisition systems. Requires independent work, technical leadership, and collaboration across disciplines.

Performs engineering tasks involving the design, development, testing, installation, integration, sustainment, operation, and maintenance of software, electronic, and mechanical systems. Conducts laboratory investigations, technical research, design calculations, test activities, documentation, presentations, and technical problem resolution under senior engineer supervision. Performs logistics and supply support for government test-range systems, including inventorying, cataloging, warehousing, material control, requisition tracking, and equipment accountability. Maintains logistics data and documentation, reconciles inventory discrepancies, supports Government-Furnished Property and equipment activities, prepares reports, and communicates task status to customers. The role requires attention to detail, procedural compliance, database proficiency, teamwork, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Performs fundamental engineering tasks under close supervision across design, development, testing, installation, integration, sustainment, operations, and maintenance of software, electronic, or mechanical systems. Conducts research, calculations, tolerance studies, technical problem solving, documentation, and test procedure support while following applicable engineering standards, codes, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Performs logistics and supply support for military test-range systems, including inventorying, warehousing, material tracking, requisition management, property accountability, data maintenance, logistics analysis, and reporting. Coordinates with maintenance, operations, procurement, and property personnel; develops procedures and storage controls; leads inventories and discrepancy resolution; provides work direction and mentors subordinate staff. Requires independent prioritization and may support equipment lifecycle activities.

Installs, configures, secures, and supports enterprise operating systems, workstations, servers, networks, and storage environments. Monitors system performance and logs, manages backups and restores, troubleshoots LAN infrastructure, administers NAS/SAN solutions, supports document and configuration management systems, maintains web pages, coordinates upgrades, tracks equipment and contracts, and recommends infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, test planning, simulation and threat configuration, control-room operations, instrumentation and data collection, system integration, test execution, analysis, technical reporting, design reviews, and engineering studies. The role also supervises and mentors engineers, supports fighter aircraft modeling and simulation, coordinates with customers and program disciplines, and advises management on technical project progress.

Supports developmental and operational testing for military test-range systems. Coordinates instrumentation data requirements, analyzes pre-test predictions and collected data, identifies anomalies, develops basic analysis tools, presents findings, supports control-center test activities, and helps author final test products. Provides technical knowledge of electronic warfare, radio frequency, or protocols while organizing small project teams and improving testing processes.
