Supports HR operations for a business unit, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, benefits and salary administration, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, reporting, employee counseling, and policy communication. This is an on-site position at China Lake and may involve travel, extended hours, shifts, and weekends.

Provides environmental, health, and safety support across remote test-range operations. Responsibilities include workplace hazard assessments, inspections, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, environmental and safety analyses, corrective-action recommendations, audits, equipment inventory, and safety training program management. The role interprets OSHA, Air Force, and local requirements; supports confined-space, lockout/tagout, hazardous-waste, and industrial safety procedures; and travels to remote locations for training and compliance audits.

Recruits technical candidates for Edwards AFB, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, review applicants, coordinate interviews, attend career fairs, manage recruiting materials, and support the summer internship program. Responsibilities also include recruiting reports, resume database maintenance, social media content, organizational charts, purchase requisitions, and administrative support. The role requires technical recruiting experience, employment-law knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, U.S. citizenship, a driver’s license, and eligibility for a government security clearance.
