Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, document BRDs and user stories, analyze processes, support ERP/CRM/WMS systems, assist project delivery, coordinate UAT, produce reports/dashboards, and train end users to improve efficiency and system adoption.

Modify and customize semi-custom kitchen cabinets to meet design and site requirements, including depth and ADA accessibility changes. Read work orders and shop drawings, operate woodworking machinery, assemble and repair cabinet components, inspect for quality and consistency, and maintain a safe, organized shop.

Serve as primary customer support for national accounts: process orders in ERP/MRP, coordinate with production/logistics/accounting, communicate order/status updates, resolve billing and service issues, maintain account records, assist sales with quotes and onboarding, and support special projects and trade shows.
