Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, document BRDs and user stories, analyze processes, support ERP/CRM/WMS systems, assist project delivery, coordinate UAT, produce reports/dashboards, and train end users to improve efficiency and system adoption.

Support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, create and maintain marketing collateral and website content, manage social media and email campaigns, coordinate events and vendors, track analytics and prepare performance reports, maintain brand consistency, and assist sales with promotional materials. Requires portfolio submission.
