Handle customer questions and claims support, maintain policy and payment records, prepare MIS reports and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company procedures. Support sales teams with product and quote information while identifying workflow improvements.

Manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook; create reels, carousels, graphics, thumbnails, and banners; support scripting, video shooting, editing, and publishing; monitor engagement and messages; assist with Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns; track performance and recommend improvements.

Supports investment plan and portfolio review preparation, mutual fund and insurance execution, investment product research, financial report drafting, and client documentation. Maintains compliance records, updates CRM and financial planning software, performs basic Excel calculations and modeling, and coordinates client onboarding with operations teams. The role is designed for a developing finance professional with approximately one year of experience.
