Manage end-to-end mutual fund and insurance operations, including client onboarding, KYC, applications, transactions, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and service requests. Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, channel partners, AMCs, RTAs, insurers, and financial institutions to resolve issues and meet processing timelines. Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, trackers, and operational updates while supporting client servicing and relationship management teams.

Manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook; create reels, carousels, graphics, thumbnails, and banners; support scripting, video shooting, editing, and publishing; monitor engagement and messages; assist with Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns; track performance and recommend improvements.
