Manage highway construction projects from pre-construction through close: lead project team, schedule, control costs, review contracts, procure, manage subcontractors, ensure quality, safety, and documentation, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Support Project Manager and team on heavy civil projects by managing submittals, RFIs, schedules (CPM and two-week lookaheads), material deliveries, bids, quantities for billing, and coordination with field operations, subcontractors, surveyors, and safety processes.
