Lead the setup, maintenance, and removal of traffic controls on heavy highway and civil construction projects. Promote a safe work environment, identify hazards, follow FDOT and MUTCD standards, participate in safety meetings, and coordinate effectively with team members and management. The role requires outdoor work in challenging conditions, physical stamina, schedule flexibility, and willingness to travel or work nights and weekends when needed.

Support Project Manager by coordinating schedules, submittals, RFIs, materials deliveries, budgets, and subcontractors. Maintain CPM schedules, produce look-aheads, record meeting minutes, verify quantities for billing, and assist with project setup/closeout while ensuring safety compliance.
