Convert warm inbound and outbound leads from Italian businesses into long-term clients through discovery calls, product demos, objection handling, and phone-based deal closing. Maintain CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, optimize call-to-close conversion rates, and provide market insights to the product team. The role requires fluent Italian, intermediate English, B2B sales experience in IT or HR technology, and strong phone communication skills.
