Leads human resources, compliance, benefits, learning and development, performance management, recruiting support, HR technology, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Partners with firm leadership to develop employees, coach managers, strengthen workplace culture, manage performance processes, coordinate benefits and onboarding, and track HR and learning metrics.

Manage full-cycle accounting for small-to-mid-size clients including payroll and month-end close; deliver financial reporting and insights; build KPIs and dashboards (Syft); support QuickBooks Online and integrated cloud apps; improve processes, workflows, and internal controls; assist with budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting; and supervise staff and interns.

Manage and supervise audit engagements, build client relationships, identify value-add opportunities, and oversee staff. Perform EBP and other assurance work, with emphasis on nonprofit audits.

Hands-on public accounting internship (winter or summer) supporting client projects: prepare individual tax returns, audit workpapers, payroll reports, 1099s, and assist on small business and nonprofit engagements. Minimum 24 hours/week; interns work with an Intern Coach and may transition to full-time roles.

Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns; assist with tax planning and projections; collaborate on advisory engagements; build client relationships and mentor junior staff.
