Plan, prepare, review federal and state individual and business tax returns (including multi-state), perform complex tax research and strategic planning, support audits, provide proactive client advisory services, and manage tax projects and client relationships.

Prepare month- and year-end close for multiple small business clients (25-30 monthly): bank/credit reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, payroll and tax filings, fixed asset tracking, client communications, and QuickBooks training/support. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tax return prep.

Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to firm owners: run errands, manage calls/mail/scheduling, process and assemble tax returns and organizers, prepare engagement letters and correspondence, maintain databases and spreadsheets, learn full-cycle bookkeeping, and perform duties assigned by administrators and managers.

Manage full-cycle accounting for 25-30 monthly clients: enter and classify data, reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, journal entries, prepare financial statements, payroll and tax returns, W2/1099 reporting, client communication, and support tax/ad-hoc projects.
