Own client relationships and coordinate internal CRO strategists, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality e-commerce conversion optimization projects. Manage 5–7 concurrent projects for $10M–$100M brands, ensure deadlines and quality, communicate proactively, and solve problems before they escalate.

Lead CRO strategy and analysis for 7+ e-commerce brands: analyze funnels, heatmaps, and session recordings; generate data-driven test hypotheses; build prioritized test roadmaps; design landing page variations; collaborate with PMs, designers, and developers; present results to clients and drive measurable revenue increases.
