Provides clerical, secretarial, customer service, scheduling, records, budget, purchasing, registration, payroll, travel, event, marketing, and onboarding support for a technical education department. Maintains documents, databases, inventories, calendars, departmental finances, and communications while assisting faculty, students, staff, and vendors. Coordinates class schedules, student services, faculty evaluations, and administrative processes with discretion and attention to detail.

Provides in-person and remote proctoring for academic, placement, and certification exams. Supports students, faculty, staff, and community members with scheduling, accommodations, technical troubleshooting, score entry, documentation, reception, and customer service. Maintains test security, confidentiality, records, reports, and testing materials while coordinating with department staff and IT. Requires flexibility to work varied part-time hours and travel between campus testing locations.

Provides academic advising and pathway coaching for new, continuing, transfer, returning, undecided, probationary, and special-population students. Assists with course planning, transfer decisions, financial aid appeals, veteran planning, academic progress monitoring, and referrals to campus resources. Collaborates with faculty, enrollment management, academic departments, disability services, and records staff. Maintains advising records, prepares student progress reports, supports orientations and recruitment, and explains academic policies and procedures.

Leads institution-wide inclusive excellence initiatives that advance equitable access, belonging, and student and employee success. Develops programs and professional development, partners with campus and community stakeholders, manages speakers and institutional events, monitors outcomes and equity metrics, supports budgets and grant compliance, researches best practices, and conducts community outreach. The role also facilitates cultural competency efforts and promotes engagement with historically underrepresented, immigrant, refugee, Latinx, and multilingual communities.

Provides customer service and technical assistance to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Administers and proctors academic, placement, and certification exams in person and remotely while protecting test security and confidential records. Schedules appointments, enters and uploads scores, maintains documentation, prepares reports, organizes testing materials, troubleshoots testing issues, and supports reception activities. Requires travel between testing locations and flexibility for variable, year-round part-time hours.

Support the athletic department by assisting media relations, creating website and social content, maintaining team statistics and records, covering events with live updates and photos/videos, producing publications, supporting special events, and performing administrative tasks.

Provide individual mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination for students; manage treatment plans and documentation; run essential needs pantry operations; develop wellness programming and community referral networks; travel between campuses and respond to on-campus crises as needed.

Provide customer service for student billing and collections, process payments and refunds, manage delinquent accounts, support cash management and vendor software, prepare reports and audit assistance, and train staff while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and collaborating across departments.

Provide outreach and support for dual credit students and parents; assist with applications, registration, orientations, and presentations; coordinate with high schools, marketing, and college departments; attend meetings and ensure compliance with dual credit guidelines and related legislation.
