The Office Assistant II provides support in the Financial Aid and Veterans Office by assisting students and parents with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Provide piano accompaniment for college vocal ensembles, recitals, auditions, and juries; attend rehearsals and performances; sub for choral director or lead sectionals as needed; teach music classes when required; comply with FERPA/ADA and support college mission and values.

Provide in-person and remote test proctoring, enforce test security and confidentiality, schedule appointments, perform clerical tasks and data entry, provide technical and reception support, assist students (including those with disabilities), prepare reports, and travel between campuses as needed.
