Teams at Joliet Junior College

Provide individual mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination for students; manage treatment plans and documentation; run essential needs pantry operations; develop wellness programming and community referral networks; travel between campuses and respond to on-campus crises as needed.

Provide customer service for student billing and collections, process payments and refunds, manage delinquent accounts, support cash management and vendor software, prepare reports and audit assistance, and train staff while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and collaborating across departments.

Provide executive counsel to the President and Cabinet on legislative, governmental, community, and Board matters. Lead government relations, advocacy, community engagement, strategic partnerships, and Board governance support. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage assigned budgets and staff, prepare executive communications, represent the College externally, and oversee sponsorships and related administrative responsibilities.
