Provide administrative support to the iCampus Director, coordinate scheduling and assignment of faculty for online/hybrid courses, maintain databases, generate reports, support course evaluations, process stipends and purchases, handle confidential records, and provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Provide individual mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination for students; manage treatment plans and documentation; run essential needs pantry operations; develop wellness programming and community referral networks; travel between campuses and respond to on-campus crises as needed.

Provide customer service for student billing and collections, process payments and refunds, manage delinquent accounts, support cash management and vendor software, prepare reports and audit assistance, and train staff while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and collaborating across departments.
