Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, reviews, offboarding, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, visas, insurance, licensing, and recruitment support. Maintain Zoho HR systems, respond to employee questions, coordinate with leadership and external providers, resolve documentation issues, and report on deadlines and outstanding actions. The role requires hands-on UAE HR administration experience, confidentiality, sound judgment, and clear English communication.
