Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles, partnering with executives and hiring managers from intake through offer acceptance. Source passive candidates, design structured interviews, manage ATS workflows, negotiate offers, track recruiting metrics, improve processes, support employer branding, ensure employment-law compliance, and coordinate onboarding handoffs. The role is fully in-office at the company headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Creates scalable, engaging learning content across multiple delivery methods. Designs LMS structures, enrollment workflows, assessments, and modular courses; collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders; selects appropriate learning media; uses analytics to measure retention, effectiveness, and business outcomes; and manages a high-volume content pipeline aligned with shifting priorities.

Oversee operations across multiple plasma donation centers, driving process improvement, quality compliance, audit readiness, performance analysis, facility standards, and leadership development. Serve as the liaison between center and corporate teams, resolve operational issues, support recruitment and training, and guide employee-related matters. The role requires frequent, short-notice overnight travel to facilities, up to 75% of the time.
