Processes and reconciles accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, credit memos, payments, ACH, checks, and credit cards. Conducts collections calls, researches billing discrepancies and short payments, maintains aging reports and customer records, sends account statements, and coordinates customer returns and pickups. Provides administrative support while maintaining accurate records in a high-volume environment. Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
