Leads freezer outbound operations by assigning tasks, overseeing accurate picking, staging, audits, returns, replenishment, and shipping. Maintains freezer organization, cleanliness, safety, inventory levels, and FIFO rotation. Provides hands-on team guidance, coaching, corrective feedback, and issue documentation. Requires freezer warehouse experience, stand-up forklift and riding electric pallet jack experience, ability to lift 50 pounds continuously, and basic reading, writing, and counting skills.
