Supervises and develops accounts receivable staff, assigns workloads, monitors performance, and improves AR processes and controls. Manages collections, aging reports, customer credit setup, tax documentation, invoicing, credit memos, commissions, reconciliations, job reports, and month-end close support. Prepares financial reports, ensures compliance with accounting policies and standards, and coordinates collection activities with management and sales.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining reception areas, supporting data entry and filing, managing office supplies, responding to inquiries, and assisting with general office operations.

Drives revenue growth by identifying prospects, developing sales plans, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and expanding customer relationships. The role manages sales targets, monitors market and competitor trends, collaborates with marketing and product teams, prepares forecasts, and represents the company at industry events.

Leads quality assurance and sustainability operations across manufacturing, fulfillment, and warehouse facilities. Supervises QA staff, coordinates inspections, manages product release, nonconformance, CAPA, audits, and ISO 9001 compliance. Oversees sustainability metrics, waste reduction, environmental compliance, responsible sourcing, and employee training. Partners with Operations and leadership to address risks, maintain documentation, support continuous improvement, and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met.
