Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for store and corporate roles. Mentor TA team, develop sourcing strategies, manage large requisition loads, run hiring events and community partnerships, improve recruiting processes, and support employer branding and new store hiring initiatives to meet aggressive hiring goals.

The Senior Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for District Managers and Store Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals, measuring training effectiveness, and maintaining operational standards through SOPs.

The Human Resource Manager partners with Store and HQ employees, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving HR improvements. Responsibilities also include performance management, policy administration, and enhancing workplace culture.

Lead procurement for food, beverage, packaging, and non-product supplies to own COGS and gross margin. Negotiate supplier contracts, run RFQs, manage specs, rebates, and supplier relationships. Develop category strategies, support product/R&D and LTO launches, ensure food-safety compliance, and coach the procurement team to drive cost savings and margin improvements.

Serve as the primary HR partner for 50–60 multi-unit stores across assigned markets, advising operations leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and change initiatives. Use workforce data to drive decisions, lead investigations and performance actions, support leadership development and succession planning, and drive adoption of scalable people programs to improve engagement and retention.

Manage U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance and reporting, including sales/use tax and ASC 740 positions. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Real Estate and external advisors on tax provisioning, transfer pricing, registrations, notices/audits, process improvements, and automation. Support global multi-jurisdictional tax matters and ad hoc projects to scale the tax function.

Serve as the primary U.S. legal partner, advising executive leadership on commercial, real estate, employment, compliance, and corporate matters. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts and real estate transactions, build scalable legal processes, oversee external counsel, and support market expansion and governance across U.S. operations.
