Serve juices, coffee, sandwiches, and other products while delivering welcoming guest experiences. Follow product manuals, hygiene standards, company policies, dress code, and attendance expectations. Baristas and shift supervisors should maintain product quality, cleanliness, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced café environment. The part-time role requires standing for long periods, lifting 10–20 pounds, performing bending and crouching movements, handling sharp objects, and operating near a hot grill.

Serve as the primary HR partner for operations leaders across 60–70 stores in multiple West Coast markets. Advise leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, succession, performance management, employee relations, investigations, employment-law compliance, leadership development, engagement, retention, and organizational growth. Analyze workforce metrics and support scalable people programs, new market openings, and transformation initiatives. This field-based role requires 75% store presence and travel across assigned markets.

Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for store and corporate roles. Mentor TA team, develop sourcing strategies, manage large requisition loads, run hiring events and community partnerships, improve recruiting processes, and support employer branding and new store hiring initiatives to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Manage U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance and reporting, including sales/use tax and ASC 740 positions. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Real Estate and external advisors on tax provisioning, transfer pricing, registrations, notices/audits, process improvements, and automation. Support global multi-jurisdictional tax matters and ad hoc projects to scale the tax function.
