Designs and develops women's woven ready-to-wear collections from concept through pre-production. Responsibilities include trend research, mood boards, color and fabric direction, technical sketches, specification packages, prototype and fit reviews, sample development, vendor collaboration, and maintaining PLM records. The role partners with Creative, Merchandising, Technical Design, Production, mills, and factories to deliver commercially viable products on schedule while balancing creativity, quality, cost, fit, and brand direction.

Leads technical design for Joe’s Jeans, including garment specifications, fit evaluations, sample tracking, fittings, technical sketches, construction details, and vendor comments. Maintains fit standards and logs, adapts specifications for seasonal fabrics, collaborates with design and cross-functional teams, and ensures production timelines. Requires strong garment construction, pattern, fitting, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Excel, technical package systems, and basic Gerber or sewing knowledge.
