Teams at Joe's Jeans

Supports ecommerce operations and site experience across four fashion brand websites. Responsibilities include updating Shopify sites, uploading products, QA testing launches and promotions, maintaining SEO content, optimizing product categorization, auditing user journeys, supporting A/B tests, monitoring site issues, and researching ecommerce best practices. The role coordinates with creative, marketing, CRM, and merchandising teams while maintaining operational documentation and site experience knowledge bases.

Coordinates salesman sample development, vendor purchase orders, tracking, delivery follow-up, sample logistics, inventory, and seasonal sample organization. Supports assortment, adoption, allocation, and line management meetings across design, product development, merchandising, sales, and production teams. Maintains Excel trackers, sample closets, fabric libraries, and cross-functional communications while helping resolve execution and timeline issues.

Leads daily sales floor activities for Joe’s Jeans, motivating associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Provides customer service, product education, coaching, training, and performance feedback. Supports store management with opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, cash handling, merchandising, visual presentation, inventory display, loss prevention, and reporting. Requires fashion interest, strong communication and computer skills, retail sales experience, and schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.
