Work directly with JT AI Labs leadership across strategy, pricing, expert-community growth, product development, operations, and market research. Responsibilities include building business cases, shaping go-to-market plans, engaging AI experts, writing product specifications, preparing meetings, tracking priorities, and delivering user and competitive insights. The role requires entrepreneurial initiative, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities across Europe through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns. Manage the full sales cycle for small-business prospects, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, and closing. Qualify strategic mid-market and enterprise accounts for handoff to Business Developers. Maintain CRM accuracy, track pipeline performance, and generate approximately five qualified meetings weekly.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML and LLM-powered features (RAG, prompting, OCR). Build ML/LLMOps pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, APIs/microservices, collaborate with Data/Product/Engineering, and productionize scalable, reproducible ML solutions.

Prospect and engage enterprise clients across Europe (90% outbound); own full sales cycle from first contact to close; build relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand leads; deliver presentations, negotiate and write proposals; attend in-person meetings and events; become an expert in Gen Z recruitment to support client hiring challenges.
