Generate new business revenue across Europe through outbound and inbound prospecting, lead qualification, and full sales-cycle ownership for small business accounts. Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, and deal closing while qualifying larger opportunities for business developers. Maintain CRM hygiene, manage the sales pipeline, achieve approximately five qualified meetings weekly, and contribute to revenue targets.

Work directly with JT AI Labs leadership across strategy, pricing, expert-community growth, product development, operations, and market research. Responsibilities include building business cases, shaping go-to-market plans, engaging AI experts, writing product specifications, preparing meetings, tracking priorities, and delivering user and competitive insights. The role requires entrepreneurial initiative, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML and LLM-powered features (RAG, prompting, OCR). Build ML/LLMOps pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, APIs/microservices, collaborate with Data/Product/Engineering, and productionize scalable, reproducible ML solutions.
