Lead and expand sales across Zambia for perfumes and cosmetics: develop sales strategy, manage and coach the sales team, grow distributor and retail partnerships, oversee distribution and merchandising, monitor stock and forecasts, negotiate agreements, and report performance to senior management.

Lead end-to-end finance transformation program as strategic partner to CFO/CIO. Own roadmap, governance, program financials, stakeholder alignment and delivery. Supervise ERP (SAP S/4HANA) deployments, integrations, testing and rollouts, enforce reporting and controls, manage vendor costs, and build a high-performance program team to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and adoption across regions.
