Provide operational HR and administrative support across the UK People function, managing high-volume employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, changes, leavers), HR system updates (BambooHR), recruitment and absence administration, responding to UK HR inbox queries, and maintaining accurate employee records while handling confidential information and escalating complex matters.

Manage daily site operations and a team of 50+ to meet productivity, safety, and SLA targets. Oversee scheduling, rotas, absence tracking, onboarding, performance reviews, and client relationships. Drive adoption of the company platform, produce KPI reports, lead operational meetings, investigate complaints, and act as the primary contact for account operational matters.

Manage daily worker bookings, record hours in payroll, handle temporary staff (attendance, absence, return-to-work, disciplinaries), resolve colleague queries, ensure compliance, and support site operations with strong planning and communication.
