Supports women’s apparel design from concept through production by creating CAD flat illustrations, maintaining PLM data, coordinating samples, developing trims, assisting fittings, organizing design assets, researching trends, and collaborating with CAD, fabric, product development, and cross-functional teams to meet seasonal deadlines.

Coordinates purchase orders and international inbound logistics from issuance through warehouse delivery. Manages PO accuracy, vessel bookings, shipment consolidation, transit milestones, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and delivery risks. Maintains shipment and lead-time records, reports delays, calculates freight costs, and collaborates with sourcing, production, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment execution.
