Provides technical support to corporate, retail, warehouse, and store users. Troubleshoots POS hardware, networks, retail systems, software, and hardware issues; documents support contacts; works with vendors; and assists with new-location setups and off-site troubleshooting. The role requires customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, database and Microsoft Office knowledge, schedule flexibility, weekend support, and local or domestic travel.

Coordinates creative marketing projects from kickoff through execution, managing timelines, meetings, approvals, assets, samples, and cross-functional communication. Supports seasonal campaigns, e-commerce photoshoots, catalog production, influencer gifting, PR initiatives, brand partnerships, store activations, and events. Maintains organized project files, contact lists, product samples, and deliverables while assisting with production logistics and process improvements across Creative, Social Media, PR, Events, Retail, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.

The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, providing exemplary customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a friendly retail environment. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, utilizing clienteling tools, supporting store operations, and ensuring a clean sales floor.
