Lead meeting and event planning service delivery, manage a team of event staff, oversee vendor contracts and budgets, ensure SLAs and quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, handle recruiting and career development, and support special projects and change management within Facilities and Services.

Site-based receptionist acting as first point of contact: greet visitors, manage badges, coordinate meetings and events, support VIP tours, maintain confidentiality, and perform general office duties within the Facilities Management team.

Provide help-desk services for facilities management: log and dispatch service requests, generate job cards, follow up and close calls, prepare reports, support health & safety and emergency procedures, assist administration with invoices and contractor coordination, and meet SLA/KPI targets.
