Job Purpose (Aim)

The role is responsible for delivering Meeting & Event Planning services, driving team development, managing special projects, and contributing to overall Facilities & Services goals including financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Delivery1.1 Customer Relations
  • Deliver high-quality support services to stakeholders and clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Promote Meeting & Event Planning services
  • Address client concerns proactively
1.2 Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
  • Track metrics and identify service gaps
  • Share monthly performance updates with management
  • Implement action plans based on feedback and surveys
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across geographies for best practices
  • Manage vendor performance and compliance
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and onboard new vendors

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
  • Overall 8-10 years experience
  • 6-8 years industry experience (FM Services/Hotel/Event Management)
  • Proven meeting and event planning experience
  • Leadership and line management experience (managing AMs, Sr. Execs, Execs)
  • Vendor and supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor compliance
  • Strong budget management and financial forecasting skills
  • Client relationship management and strong customer focus
  • Performance management, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement experience
  • Recruiting, coaching, career development and disciplinary process experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India
