The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing accounts, prospecting new business, and achieving sales goals within the defined territory. This includes building customer relationships and supporting franchisees.

Palletize finished goods from production, report case counts, maintain food quality and safety, follow OSHA/FSP/SQF/GMP/GDP and food safety laws, report issues to QA/Plant/GM, perform basic arithmetic, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Lead distribution operations, develop and enforce distribution policies, manage vendors and customer logistics, supervise administrative and warehouse staff, ensure on-time, accurate, damage-free shipments, maintain safety and quality compliance (AIB, SQF, JSA), manage multiple cost centers, resolve operational problems, and coach or discipline employees as needed.
