Supports plant-level human resources operations in a manufacturing environment, including payroll, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, compliance, labor relations, and workplace investigations. Partners with plant leadership and union representatives, administers HR programs, supports English/Spanish translation, and ensures compliance with employment, OSHA, food safety, and quality requirements.

Monitor food production processes against SOPs, complete quality-control paperwork, perform metal detector and temperature checks, conduct daily GMP audits, observe personnel procedures, report issues to supervisors, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Lead general ledger and month-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support SEC filings and audits, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, perform technical accounting research, analyze variances, and drive process improvements across the Finance team.
