The Founding Account Executive will be Jitter’s first sales hire, owning mid-market deals from inbound, product-led signals, and targeted outbound through expansion. They will build a fast, repeatable GTM motion for $2K–$25K ACV teams, streamline sales workflows with automation and AI, track conversion and expansion metrics, and eventually help hire and lead the GTM team.

Provide expert product support for Jitter users, troubleshoot technical issues, advocate for customer feedback, and help shape product improvements. Scale support operations through automated tools and workflows, create educational resources, and contribute to support processes and tooling. Coach future support team members while collaborating with design and engineering. The role requires strong English communication, empathy, SaaS troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, and Stripe.
