Teams at Jitter

Lead product design for Jitter's motion design platform, owning end-to-end experience, raising design quality, evolving the editor and workspace, collaborating closely with engineers, hiring and mentoring designers, and contributing to product strategy and roadmap.

Build and run Jitter's People function: define strategy with the CEO, hire and scale international teams, design people playbooks, implement People operations (payroll, legal, compensation, equity), develop growth and retention frameworks, coach leaders, and use People data and KPIs to drive engagement and hiring quality.

Lead and build Jitter’s mid-market GTM motion ($2–25k ACV). Own inbound, product-led expansion, and targeted outbound; run deals, automate workflows (often with AI), track conversion and expansion, and hire/scale a small GTM team to reach $3M ARR in one year.
