Lead end-to-end product design for Jimdo's web and mobile SaaS products: conduct user research and testing, create accessible responsive designs and prototypes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design AI-powered experiences, and contribute to design systems and design operations.

Build and scale Jimdo Companion: design agent orchestration, LLM-powered workflows, recommendation engines, APIs and full-stack features; enable AI platform capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive product-quality AI in production.

Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes. Build CI/CD and GitOps workflows, improve observability and incident management, implement platform security and secrets management, and develop Go-based automation. Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and developer experience while contributing to platform strategy and operational efficiency.

Lead design and delivery of scalable full-stack systems across frontend, backend, and data layers. Drive architecture, ADRs, CI/CD, testing, and observability. Own complex initiatives end-to-end, mentor engineers, champion AI-assisted development, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and external partners to deliver customer value.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytics-ready models using dbt, SQL, Python, and Snowflake. Implement ingestion, CDC, API integrations, testing, monitoring, and observability. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to define metrics, ensure data governance and compliance, and optimize data platform reliability.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on Senior People Business Partner advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and change. Use people analytics and AI to drive engagement, retention, leadership development, and data-driven people strategies across a remote, multi-country SaaS scale-up.
