Design end-to-end SaaS product experiences for a data-visualisation platform and plugin suite. Conduct user discovery with lawyers, accountants, and consultants; prototype in Figma; design constrained-surface and API-driven workflows; contribute to the design system; and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to deliver accessible, AI-enabled features that make complex interconnected data manageable.

The Account Executive will manage a book of business, handle the full sales cycle, and build relationships with legal professionals in the US. The role involves traveling across the US, working independently, and utilizing a proven sales process to close deals.

Identify and contact prospective clients via cold calls and email, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results.

Manage a portfolio of 15-25 law firm clients across the Americas, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Own customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, run QBRs/EBRs, deliver training, monitor health signals, negotiate renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate customer needs to Product and Sales.
