Manages HR operations for Jhpiego Cameroon, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, compliance, employee records, staff welfare, and HR reporting. Ensures alignment with local labor laws, donor requirements, and global HR standards while supporting staff development and a positive workplace environment.

Coordinates end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, market analysis, sourcing, tendering, vendor prequalification, contract management, delivery monitoring, compliance, reporting, and audit support. Collaborates with finance, logistics, and program teams to meet timelines and budgets, maintains procurement records and supplier databases, leads competitive bidding processes, and provides procurement training to staff.

Coordinates day-to-day implementation of the TB Care and Prevention Project, including work plans, budgets, fund requests, procurement plans, reporting, meetings, action tracking, and project documentation. Collaborates with program, finance, procurement, operations, district, and donor teams to ensure activities are delivered on schedule and in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Provides strategic and technical leadership for laboratory monitoring, evaluation, data management, reporting, quality assurance, and performance improvement. Manages end-to-end grants, contracts, awards, subawards, procurements, and compliance activities for a global awards portfolio. Reviews and negotiates agreements, tracks funds, supports proposal and post-award processes, reviews invoices and reports, manages donor approvals, prepares for audits, and provides guidance on USAID, OMB, CFR, FAR, JHU, and organizational requirements. The role also supports stakeholder training, process improvements, and contractual systems administration.
