Leads monitoring, evaluation, learning, and performance-based financing system support for multi-country global health programs. Oversees performance and milestone monitoring systems, user access, training, technical support, data analytics, dashboard development, and actionable insights. Provides senior technical assistance, develops MERL strategies and tools, evaluates programs, builds organizational capacity, supports donor relations and business development, disseminates learning, and supervises technical staff.

Leads multi-region implementation of a donor-funded maternal, newborn, child health, and malaria program across Tanzania and Zanzibar. Oversees workplans, milestones, field teams, subgrantees, logistics, government and partner coordination, performance monitoring, compliance, reporting, and corrective actions. Ensures activities are delivered on time, within budget, aligned with government priorities, and transitioned sustainably to local structures.

Leads the AFGHS-Jhpiego Tanzania project across Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar, overseeing strategy, technical quality, finances, operations, contractual compliance, milestones, donor reporting, risk management, partnerships, and multidisciplinary teams. Provides senior expertise in malaria or MNCH, coordinates with Tanzanian government and U.S. Department of State stakeholders, and drives sustainability, transition, institutionalization, performance improvement, and government ownership of health programs.
