Supervise day-to-day safety and security operations at Terminal 4, including SOC and visitor center staff oversight, audits, compliance with TSA/FAA/CBP regulations, incident investigation (CCTV/access control), risk assessments, reporting, vendor liaison, and shift-to-shift crisis response support.

Lead data engineering and data science efforts: build and operationalize ML models, design and maintain data pipelines and governance, ensure data quality, partner with IT/vendors and business leaders, and define the organizations data roadmap and documentation.

Lead commercial strategy and leasing for Terminal 4 food & beverage, lounges, and passenger services. Drive tenant mix, RFPs, contracts, budgets, KPIs, and partner relations to grow revenue and improve passenger satisfaction. Manage one direct report and coordinate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
