Lead commercial strategy and leasing for Terminal 4 food & beverage, lounges, and passenger services. Drive tenant mix, RFPs, contracts, budgets, KPIs, and partner relations to grow revenue and improve passenger satisfaction. Manage one direct report and coordinate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.

Lead the Terminal Transformation Program for JFK Terminal 4 Phase 2.5 and Late Phase. Develop project plans, manage teams and budgets, coordinate stakeholders, oversee ORAT, conduct field inspections and safety audits, mitigate risks, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and complete project closeouts.

Support queue and terminal operations at airport checkpoints and check-in areas. Manage passenger flow, crowd control, liaise with airlines and agencies, respond to incidents, supervise contracted staff, conduct inspections and training, perform administrative tasks, and support daily operational plans during a 3- or 6-month internship.
