Assist journeyman electricians in service, repair, installation, and start-up of fuel-dispensing and commercial electrical systems. Read schematics and specs, select parts, operate and maintain tools, follow safety/OSHA policies, report hazards and incidents, and perform physical field work including lifting and prolonged standing.

Provide customer service to new and existing customers via phone, email, or in person. Process and enter orders, maintain documentation, coordinate logistics with sales, warehouse, and AR, assist with quotes, manage operations calls and spreadsheets, and maintain product and vendor pricing knowledge.

Sell commercial equipment, construction, and service solutions for fuel systems. Develop and close proposals, manage accounts and relationships, meet sales and margin targets, coordinate with internal service, construction, process and supply chain teams, and support order conversion and compliance needs.

Provide customer service and order processing for new and existing clients: enter orders, verify product availability, coordinate logistics with sales and warehouse teams, assist with quotes, manage operations calls and payment processing, maintain documentation and product knowledge.
