Teams at JF Petroleum Group

Manage a portal team to ensure customer invoices are accurately and timely uploaded to customer portals, balance workloads, monitor department metrics, resolve portal errors with service teams and customers, document processes, train staff, and identify process improvements. Communicate with billing, collections, and internal/external stakeholders and complete special assignments from the Finance Ops Director.

Assist journeyman electricians with service, repair, installation, and start-up of fuel dispensing and commercial electrical systems. Read schematics, select parts, operate tools safely, maintain tools/work area, follow OSHA and company safety policies, and complete tasks per guidelines.

Provide customer service and order entry for new and existing customers via phone, email, or in person. Manage order documentation, verify product availability, coordinate logistics with sales, warehouse, and contractors, assist with quotes, handle payments and AR communication, and maintain product knowledge and meeting spreadsheets.
