Manages incoming parts leads across phone, email, LiveChat, and e-commerce channels, researching parts, pricing, availability, and entering sales orders. Supports web-order entry, customer account transitions, online product availability, RFPs, stocking requests, and core or warranty returns. Collaborates with e-commerce, supply chain, and sales teams while maintaining strong product knowledge, customer service, accuracy, and compliance with company safety procedures.

Provides administrative, financial, documentation, billing, procurement, compliance, and closeout support for multiple construction projects. Establishes projects in the ERP system, manages purchase orders and invoices, coordinates permits and field crew travel, tracks budgets and job costs, processes billing and payroll information, maintains required project records, and communicates with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
