Lead major gifts strategy to grow an individual donor pipeline, acquiring 50+ new $10k+ prospects annually. Manage a portfolio of 125–150 households using moves management, oversee affinity-group philanthropy, develop stewardship materials with Marketing, and convert event engagement into major-gift outcomes.

Substitute preschool teacher who supervises and ensures child safety, plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum including Jewish culture, prepares snacks, maintains classroom, communicates with parents and colleagues, completes required paperwork, attends meetings and trainings, and participates in parent conferences and school events.

Oversee and implement the Chaverim Inclusion Program at Camp Shalom, supporting campers and families, hiring and training inclusion staff, adapting activities, ensuring ACA compliance, and coordinating with camp leadership to create inclusive, safe programming.
