Lead safe, effective group fitness classes that engage and retain members; manage class logistics (start/stop times, subs, studio upkeep); assess participant needs, enforce safety, assist with program operations and member outreach; maintain required certifications and clear background check.

Sell and drive profitable membership growth through outreach, tours, and relationship building. Provide member support, manage communications and newsletters, assist events and appreciation activities, create regular health and wellness blog content, and maintain accurate membership data. Work evenings, weekends, and events as required.
