Coordinate scheduling for home health aides, process referrals and intake, obtain authorizations, monitor delivery and quality of care, maintain client and caregiver records, reconcile timesheets for billing/payroll, support discharge coordination, participate in on-call and performance improvement activities, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
