Supports the HR Director across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, reporting, and HR projects. Executes full-cycle recruiting, coordinates screenings and new-hire orientation, maintains confidential employee records, tracks licenses and evaluations, processes HRIS data, assists with benefits and audits, and supports regulatory compliance and performance improvement activities.

Coordinate scheduling for home health aides, process referrals and intake, obtain authorizations, monitor delivery and quality of care, maintain client and caregiver records, reconcile timesheets for billing/payroll, support discharge coordination, participate in on-call and performance improvement activities, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
