Oversee inclusion, camper wellness, character development, accommodations, and crisis support for youth camp and school-break programs. The role requires collaboration with camp leadership, direct camper supervision, and driving company vehicles for programming.

Supports event rentals across JCC spaces by serving as the on-site client contact, coordinating vendors and logistics, setting up equipment and furnishings, managing room turnovers, confirming cleanliness and readiness, enforcing rental policies, and addressing guest concerns. The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability, customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provides a welcoming front-desk experience for JCC tennis center members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, supporting tours and membership onboarding, handling retail and service purchases, promoting memberships, completing opening and closing procedures, explaining programs, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a clean, stocked workspace. Requires customer-service skills, computer operation, problem-solving, multitasking, prolonged sitting or standing, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Manages ceramics and fine arts programming, studio operations, classes, exhibitions, camps, retail, and ceramics sales. Supervises instructors, assistants, contractors, and volunteers; oversees budgets, supplies, kiln operations, equipment safety, maintenance, marketing collaboration, revenue generation, events, and grant support. Provides ceramics instruction and technical guidance while fostering an inclusive, community-oriented studio environment. Evening and weekend work is required periodically.
