Oversee inclusion, camper wellness, character development, accommodations, and crisis support for youth camp and school-break programs. Develop care plans, train and supervise seasonal staff, support hiring and evaluations, communicate with families, manage enrollment and records in CampMinder, coordinate licensing and ACA compliance, administer budgets and grants, and support outreach and program development. The role requires collaboration with camp leadership, direct camper supervision, and driving company vehicles for programming.

Supports event rentals across JCC spaces by serving as the on-site client contact, coordinating vendors and logistics, setting up equipment and furnishings, managing room turnovers, confirming cleanliness and readiness, enforcing rental policies, and addressing guest concerns. The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability, customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Manages ceramics and fine arts programming, studio operations, classes, exhibitions, camps, retail, and ceramics sales. Supervises instructors, assistants, contractors, and volunteers; oversees budgets, supplies, kiln operations, equipment safety, maintenance, marketing collaboration, revenue generation, events, and grant support. Provides ceramics instruction and technical guidance while fostering an inclusive, community-oriented studio environment. Evening and weekend work is required periodically.
