Build and manage Jetson’s IT function across multiple sites and countries. Own identity and systems integrations, joiner-mover-leaver access flows, device lifecycle management, endpoint security, networking, VPN, remote access, site technology deployments, vendor coordination, hardware and software purchasing, and employee support. Establish scalable IT standards, playbooks, equipment lists, and processes while supporting new warehouse openings and occasional site travel.

Build and lead Jetson’s IT function as its first IT hire. Manage identity and systems integrations, joiner/mover/leaver access, multi-platform device fleets, endpoint security, networking, VPNs, remote access, hardware and software purchasing, and hands-on technology deployments for new warehouse sites. Provide employee support while creating scalable playbooks, standards, and processes across more than 10 sites in the US and Canada.

Coordinate end-to-end residential heat pump installation projects, from estimates through customer follow-up. Responsibilities include tracking prospects and installations, handling inquiries, managing permits and inspections, scheduling work, coordinating warehouse and installation teams, allocating equipment and personnel, documenting processes, creating training materials, supporting business-system configuration, and monitoring service quality.

Own inventory accuracy across Jetson’s warehouse network by managing cycle counts, inventory adjustments, variance analysis, receiving discrepancies, returns, quarantine, and reverse logistics in NetSuite and Arena. Support new warehouse setup, WMS configuration, reorder points, audits, and root-cause corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement while partnering with warehouse, procurement, and systems teams to maintain accurate inventory records and scalable processes.

Own Jetson’s post-lead, pre-sale lifecycle marketing strategy. Build and optimize nurture programs across email, SMS, and other channels; manage HubSpot segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution; localize campaigns across geographies; partner with sales on enablement and feedback; and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion, velocity, pipeline quality, and sales readiness.

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, dashboards, and internal tools for Jetson’s supply chain teams. Embed with procurement, planning, and warehouse stakeholders to understand workflows, improve system connectivity, automate purchasing and inventory processes, and provide real-time operational visibility. The role also involves scoping requirements, driving adoption, and generalizing successful solutions into a reusable internal engineering platform.

Own cross-functional supply chain and warehousing programs from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating NPI readiness, administering root cause and corrective action programs, managing supply chain OKRs, facilitating cadence meetings, tracking timelines and accountability, and producing executive dashboards. The role partners with procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, product management, engineering, field teams, and leadership in an in-person, fast-paced environment.

Build and maintain production software and AI-powered product features using LLMs, embeddings, and related capabilities. Apply sound engineering judgment to system design, APIs, testing, reliability, latency, cost, evaluation, and graceful degradation. Pioneer AI-native development practices, teach effective AI-assisted workflows, and identify opportunities to apply AI to scheduling, optimization, anomaly detection, customer communication, and operational workflows in home electrification.

Build and own end-to-end user-facing features spanning mobile apps, backend services, and IoT devices. Design APIs, data models, state management, and integrations for thermostats, heat pumps, EV chargers, and energy optimization. Apply testing, code review, and CI/CD practices, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call support, and help shape engineering architecture and standards.

Manage a high volume of consumer and small-business prospects from qualification through closing. Prepare heat pump quotes, verify heat and electrical loads, explain electrification options and rebates, track sales KPIs, optimize outreach and pipeline strategy, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets. The role requires strong phone, email, and SMS communication, CRM proficiency, technical curiosity, collaboration, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.

Lead end-to-end controllership across US and Canadian entities, including consolidated close, US GAAP reporting, technical accounting, tax, internal controls, audits, treasury, and financial systems. Build and develop the accounting organization, optimize NetSuite, oversee cross-border compliance, and partner with the CFO on fundraising, M&A, board reporting, forecasting, and strategic diligence.

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, dashboards, and internal tools for Jetson’s Finance team. Embed with accounting, FP&A, and leadership stakeholders to understand workflows, scope solutions, and drive adoption. Connect NetSuite, spreadsheets, and the data platform while improving close, reporting, reconciliation, and planning processes. Generalize successful solutions into Jetson’s shared internal engineering platform.

Partner with field operations leaders to support hourly employees, ensure Colorado labor-law compliance, and build effective people programs. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, mediation, recruiting and onboarding support, performance coaching, retention and career development, workforce metrics, and frontline leadership development. The role requires practical HR judgment, clear communication, and a builder’s mindset in a fast-growing, in-person operation.

Drive consumer sales of home electrification solutions by managing high-volume prospects from qualification through closing. Prepare heat pump quotes with heat and electrical load verification, explain upgrade options and rebate eligibility, track sales KPIs, and optimize outreach and pipeline strategies to meet monthly targets. The role requires strong phone, email, and SMS communication, CRM proficiency, technical curiosity, flexibility for varied shifts, and collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own Jetson’s marketing data lake end to end, including source integrations, dbt medallion models, data quality, attribution, experimentation infrastructure, LTV and ROI models, Metabase dashboards, and analytics for marketing and growth teams. The role combines hands-on data engineering with measurement and strategic analysis across paid, organic, direct mail, CTV, partnerships, and offline channels.

Own end-to-end firmware for Jetson Hub and Thermostat devices controlling home energy systems. Develop production C/C++ software for microcontrollers, implement communication protocols, manage memory and real-time constraints, and debug hardware-software interactions. Build rigorous testing, code review, and CI/CD practices, while designing diagnostics, graceful degradation, and self-healing recovery. Participate in on-call support, production issue resolution, firmware architecture, tooling, and engineering standards.

Guide homeowners from sale through installation by coordinating paperwork, approvals, scheduling, requotes, and installation readiness. Serve as the primary customer contact, proactively communicate through video, phone, text, and email, manage expectations, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and installers, maintain accurate customer files, and track milestones in the CRM.

Build and maintain revenue, demand, pipeline, quota, territory, and sales-capacity models. Translate lead targets into marketing budgets and channel recommendations, monitor funnel performance, forecast revenue and supply needs, and identify gaps between sales plans and operational capacity. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy, support reforecasting, and establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cadences.

Follow up with high-volume inbound leads, engage prospects by phone, email, and SMS, and move them through the sales funnel. Develop and refine sales strategies across direct, partnership, digital, and other channels. Track performance metrics, report results, conduct market research, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
