Own Jetson’s organic social strategy, content, calendars, community management, channel launches, UGC programs, creator partnerships, and performance reporting. Develop platform-native content, monitor online culture and homeowner communities, direct shoots and edits, and use analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with brand, growth, and customer teams to align social activity with broader marketing goals.

Own inventory accuracy across Jetson’s warehouse network by managing cycle counts, inventory adjustments, variance analysis, receiving discrepancies, returns, quarantine, and reverse logistics in NetSuite and Arena. Support new warehouse setup, WMS configuration, reorder points, audits, and root-cause corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement while partnering with warehouse, procurement, and systems teams to maintain accurate inventory records and scalable processes.

Own Jetson’s post-lead, pre-sale lifecycle marketing strategy. Build and optimize nurture programs across email, SMS, and other channels; manage HubSpot segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution; localize campaigns across geographies; partner with sales on enablement and feedback; and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion, velocity, pipeline quality, and sales readiness.
