Lead end-to-end launches of new home electrification products, coordinating Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Field, and Support teams. Ensure operational readiness through training, SOPs, inventory, tooling, and support processes. Manage pilots, early deployments, blockers, launch tracking, and scalable rollouts while improving the NPI playbook. The role requires field training, monthly installations, physical activity, and approximately 20% travel across North America.

Own growth performance across multiple home electrification markets by monitoring the full sales funnel, forecasting results, diagnosing conversion and cost issues, and prioritizing cross-functional improvements. Develop market-specific insights around competitors, utilities, rebates, and customer behavior. Lead weekly performance reviews, drive action plans, recommend budget and resource allocation, and influence Sales, Marketing, Field Marketing, and Operations teams without direct authority.

Leads Jetson’s Customer Success organization from closed-won through installation readiness. Owns retention, cancellation reduction, customer confidence, CSAT, referrals, escalation resolution, and customer-side scheduling inputs. Builds scalable service standards, hiring plans, playbooks, and HubSpot workflows. Partners with Sales and Production Coordination to improve handoffs and delivery expectations, while reporting customer experience metrics and root causes to leadership.
