Manage a regional portfolio of affordable housing properties across southwest Georgia. Oversee property operations, budgets, financial reporting, compliance, leasing, maintenance, inspections, staffing, performance management, and tenant escalations. Lead and support property managers while ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HOME, Section 8, Fair Housing requirements, and company policies. Travel within the region at least four days per week and conduct audits, site visits, and operational reviews.

Process and enter invoices, verify compliance requirements, issue mortgage, tax, and miscellaneous payments, and ensure timely mailing. Communicate with property managers and vendors while collaborating with staff accountants to resolve invoicing issues. Maintain accurate, mistake-free records, meet deadlines, and support high-volume accounts payable operations.

Supports affordable housing fund and partnership closings from due diligence through post-closing. Responsibilities include organizing transaction documents, maintaining checklists and data rooms, tracking open items, coordinating developers, investors, consultants, and outside counsel, managing document revisions and signatures, supporting entity filings, and escalating legal or structural issues. The role requires working knowledge of LIHTC, multifamily real estate transactions, title, zoning, environmental, organizational, loan, and partnership documentation.

Designs, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs irrigation systems for landscapes. Responsibilities include managing water flow and quality, installing pipes, valves, sprinklers, and controllers, performing electrical wiring for automated systems, applying masonry techniques, inspecting systems, documenting work, and collaborating with landscaping teams and clients to improve plant health and water efficiency.

Oversee a regional portfolio of affordable housing communities, ensuring operational, financial, leasing, maintenance, and compliance performance. Lead and evaluate property managers and onsite teams, manage budgets and forecasting, conduct audits and inspections, resolve escalated resident issues, support Fair Housing compliance, and implement strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The role requires extensive regional travel, with a minimum of four days per week visiting properties.

Provides medication administration and direct care for memory care residents while following legal, regulatory, and facility policies. Conducts rounds, obtains vital signs, documents medications and incidents, recognizes changes in condition, reports concerns, maintains confidentiality, supports resident rights, and collaborates with nursing staff and departments. Full-time evening shift.

Maintains grounds, lawns, horticultural beds, trees, shrubs, and landscapes at multifamily communities. Duties include mowing and trimming-related landscaping work, mulching, weeding, edging, pesticide and herbicide application, litter removal, hedge shaping, equipment maintenance, customer communication, job-site reporting, safety compliance, and travel to regional training or company locations.
