The role manages regional financial objectives, supports new property launches, coordinates with construction and development, maintains LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance, and provides leadership, mentoring, recruitment, and performance management for regional teams.

Designs, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs irrigation systems for landscapes. Responsibilities include managing water flow and quality, installing pipes, valves, sprinklers, and controllers, performing electrical wiring for automated systems, applying masonry techniques, inspecting systems, documenting work, and collaborating with landscaping teams and clients to improve plant health and water efficiency.
